เมื่อวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา นางสาวธรรมศาสตร์ โสตถิพันธุ์ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันสันติศึกษา ให้การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจาก Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) นำโดย YM Raja Shah Erman Raja Arifin, President of the Administrative and Professional Officer และ Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) โดย Mr. Norsyahriman Bin Md Arip President, Universiti Putra Malaysia General Staff Union ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนสถาบันสันติศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการด้านความขัดแย้งและสันติศึกษาในอนาคต ณ ศูนย์การศึกษาเพื่อสันติภาพ สถาบันสันติศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์
ในการนี้ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันสันติศึกษา กล่าวต้อนรับและนำเสนอพันธกิจและภารกิจของสถาบันฯ โดยมี ผศ. ดร.รุสตั้ม หวันสู ผศ. ดร.จิราภรณ์ เรืองยิ่ง ผศ.โชคชัย วงษ์ตานี อาจารย์ประจำสถาบันฯ ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และหารือถึงโอกาสในการพัฒนาไปสู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการเพื่อผลักดันการด้านสันติภาพสู่ระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
Institute for Peace Studies Welcomes the delegation from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) for Academic Exchange and Exploring Potential Cooperation

On 3 August 2026, Ms. Thammasat Sotthibandhu, Deputy Director of the Institute for Peace Studies (IPS), Prince of Songkla University, welcomed a study visit delegation from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) led by YM Raja Shah Erman Raja Arifin, President of the Administrative and Professional Officer and from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) by Mr. Norsyahriman Bin Md Arip President, Universiti Putra Malaysia General Staff Union, during their visit to IPS. The meeting took place at the Peace Education Center, IPS, PSU, to foster future academic collaboration in the field of Conflict and Peace Studies.
During the visit, the Deputy Director delivered a welcome address and presented the Institute's vision, mission, and core responsibilities. She was joined by Asst. Prof. Dr. Roostum Vansu, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Ruangying, and Asst. Prof. Chokchai Wongtanee, faculty members of IPS, in exchanging knowledge and discussing opportunities for future academic collaboration. The discussions focused on strengthening partnerships in Conflict and Peace Studies and advancing peacebuilding initiatives through international academic cooperation.
