ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. รุ่งรวี เฉลิมศรีภิญโญรัช อาจารย์ประจำสถาบันสันติศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ได้รับเชิญเป็นนักวิชาการอาคันตุกะ (Visiting Fellow) ณ International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR) ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้ S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 2 – 6 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา
ในการเยือนครั้งนี้ ผศ.ดร. รุ่งรวีได้บรรยายในหัวข้อ “The Conservative Surge and Prospects for the Peace Dialogue in Southern Thailand” (การขยายตัวของกลุ่มอนุรักษ์นิยมกับทิศทางของการพูดคุยสันติภาพในภาคใต้ของไทย) โดยมีนักวิชาการและนักวิจัยจาก RSIS เข้าร่วมรับฟัง อีกทั้งยังได้มีโอกาสพบปะ แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ของสถาบัน
นอกจากนี้ ผศ.ดร. รุ่งรวียังได้เขียนบทวิเคราะห์เรื่อง “Towards a Negotiated ‘End State’ for Peace in Southern Thailand” ซึ่งได้รับการเผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์ของ RSIS อีกด้วย (อ่านบทวิเคราะห์ด้านล่าง)
ทั้งนี้ Nanyang Technological University เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของโลก โดยได้รับการจัดอันดับอยู่ในลำดับที่ 12 จากการจัดอันดับ QS World University Rankings 2026 ICPVTR เป็นสถาบันวิจัยด้านนโยบายสาธารณะที่มุ่งเน้นการวิจัยและทำโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพเพื่อลดปัญหาความรุนแรงที่เชื่อมโยงกับมิติทางการเมืองและผลกระทบที่มีต่อระบบการเมืองระหว่างประเทศ

Assistant Professor Dr. Rungrawee Chalermsripinyorat, a faculty member of the Institute for Peace Studies, Prince of Songkla University, was invited as a Visiting Fellow at the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, between 2–6 March 2026.
During her visit, Dr. Rungrawee delivered a talk titled “The Conservative Surge and Prospects for the Peace Dialogue in Southern Thailand,” attended by scholars and researchers from RSIS. She also had the opportunity to engage in discussions and exchange perspectives with the ICPVTR's young researchers.
In addition, Dr. Rungrawee authored a commentary entitled “Towards a Negotiated ‘End State’ for Peace in Southern Thailand,” which was published on the RSIS website.
